What We Do
BBILAN is an alliance of people and organizations who support the overall Mission to bring Balance to the 5G Juggernaut. We are action-oriented, working on developments, trends, cases, and resources relating to the international and transnational legal dimensions (including ethics) of the emergent 5G/AI/Internet-of-Things/Satellite infrastructure.
Our Mission
BBILAN is a Value-Creating Network guided by the principle of Paying Forward. The Goal is to bring wisdom, coherence, and balance in the wake of the global 5G/AI/IoT/Satellite Juggernaut:
By skillful means of law and legal process we seek to head off a global catastrophe from the onslaught of 5G/AI/IoT/80,000+ satellites, and to redirect this industrial/government Juggernaut toward a wiser, more balanced direction, benefiting humanity and all living creatures.
To implement a new model of inspired human-centric legal action that will support all BBILAN members to create and enjoy an economically sustainable, professional life.
“BBILAN concentrates the collective talents, resources, experience, and creative energies of hundreds of lawyers and related domain experts on the jugular points of the 5G/AI/IoT/Satellite Juggernaut. Our goal is to generate a positive resilience multiplier that supports the health, safety, peace, and security of the planet and all living things.” — Julian Gresser
